What purity are your products and are they LBMA certified?
Both our gold and silver products have the purity of 9999/10000. While our mint itself does not have LBMA membership, all of the gold and silver we use comes from LBMA members and is therefore certified.
Where do you ship to and where is your mint located?
We ship worldwide and we are based in Slovakia, with multiple production plants all over Slovakia.
What shipping methods can I use and are the parcels insured?
You can either use Registered First Class Mail, which is only insured up to 67 EUR, or use DPD courier which is insured for the full amount of the parcel.
How long does it take to process an order?
Order processing usually takes 1-3 days. However, delays can occur due to low stock availability and/or disruptions in the precious metals supply chain, which have become quite common since 2020, primarily due to rising demand.
